Test Enanthate/ Deca/ DBol Cycle
Today I will be talking about a very effective and old school cycle. Everything you need to know, plus dieting tips to stay lean and gain as much muscle in a 12 week period.
For the first 3 to 4 weeks start taking DBol at 30MG and up it to no more than 50MG. I have found 30MG to be my “sweet spot”. With the 30MG of DBol your first shot will be 1cc of Test E 250 with .5cc of Deca 200 or 250 (depending on what brand you use it can even go up to 300MG) That you will inject twice a week for 12 weeks. My schedule is usually Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday. I like using Deca because it lubricates my joints and doesn’t leave me feeling pain when I lift heavy, plus it helps me to stay lean. You will feel the DBol “kick in” around week 2, by week 4, the test and the Deca will start to kick in nicely and at week 5 you will feel explosive. I always feel like I’m on top of the world on this cycle. I’d you start getting sore nipples at any time, take A tab of anastrozole throughout the cycle. I like using it anyways because it keeps my bloat way down.
As for my diet, I eat 3 to 4 8oz chickens breast a day due to chicken being the most lean with the most protein. I also like some red meat like a nice lean juicy steak. DO NOT RELY SOLEY ON PROTEIN SHAKES. They are a nice recovery drink for right after you workout and that’s it.
The diet I like to follow:
Upon waking up 7am: 8eggs, oatmeal, fish oil, and a banana.
8am: workout
9:30am: post workout meal, 1 scoop of protein, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries and 8oz of chicken with 1 cup of non fat cottage cheese.
12:30pm: Lunch, 8oz chicken, broccoli and black beans
3:00pm: 8oz chicken, asparagus, mixed nuts and 1 cup of non fat cottage cheese.
5:00pm: dinner, serloin stake, sweet potatoe, spinach. Non fat Greek yogurt cup
7:00pm: late snack, mixed nuts or a serving of peanut butter
What to expect from this cycle:
If you are strict with your diet and and workout out like you’re supposed to, you will see great results. I have gained and kept after PCT 20lbs. Make sure you have a PCT plan. If not, follow this:
Week 1-2: Clomid 100mg per day
Week 1-2: Nolvadex 40mg per day
Week 3-4: Clomid 50mg per day
Week 3-4: Nolvadex 20mg per day
(Optional) Week 5-6: Nolvadex 20mg per day
