Clenbuterol History ;
Though there is little information in regards to the precise origins of clenbuterol, the name was originally used some times in the 1970’s.
Clenbuterol is a beta-agonist active substance that was originally intended for veterinary use (Ventipulmin).
It is a non-hormonal anticataboliser belonging to list I.
It was originally prescribed for spastic bronchopulmonary diseases in racehorses. The mechanism of action is the stimulation of Beta2 adrenergic receptors. Its life time is very short (36-48h) but its action lasts much longer than sympathomimetics while having a lower dosage.
It is considered as a doping product, comparable to anabolics.
Effectiveness
• Loss of fat mass, anti-catabolic action on the dry mass without losing muscle mass;
• Bronchodilator effect;
• Increased blood flow and therefore muscle congestion and fat removal.
Clen is available in tablets form. We must note that it has zero proven benefit in regards to athletic performance in a human being. It has however proven to be incredibly effective in weight loss.
Many bodybuilders began to buy the clen and adopted it in order to lose muscle fat or in competition preparation for this ability. On the other hand, clen helps to target only fats and supports muscle growth. Indeed, in periods of caloric restriction, the mass of muscle can be lost in the same way as fat. The use of clen prevents the loss of muscle mass.
Note that the biological receptors saturate after a few weeks. That renders ineffective the continuation of the usage. Nevertheless it is possible to counteract this saturation by taking antihistamines or using the Two-Week Rotation Principle described here.
How to use ;
Structuring A Beginner, Intermediate Or Advanced Clenbuterol-Only Cycle Around The Two-Week Rotation Principle
When following this method, the user will integrate clenbuterol for a two week period at an initial dose of roughly 20 mcg, before taking two weeks off, following resumed use again for another two week period.
Here is as an example:
Weeks Clenbuterol
1 – 3 20 mcg per day
4 – 6 40 mcg per day
7 – 9 60 mcg per day
10 – 12 80 mcg per day
13 – 15 100 mcg per day
It’s recommended that men never surpass a 140 mcg per day limit, and women never surpass a 100 mcg per day limit.
Some people rather use clen 2day on / 2 days off, and no longer than two weeks.
Some consider Albuterol (2 intakes / day) as a much better option with no or little negative effects and very good results. However there is a small trick to keep effectiveness as you go: 1mg of Ketotifene every night at bedtime.
The clen is also very often used in period of fat reduction in parallel with other products like OXANDRO or WINNY to improve the effects.
Heu … and don’t forget that your diet must be perfectly controlled !!
Side Effects For Clenbuterol;
Tremors, severe sweating, fluid retention, hypertension, headache, tachycardia, hyperthermia, insomnia, behavioral disorders (exacerbation of aggression), risk of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, myocardial infarction, hepatitis, liver tumors, etc. The majority of these symptoms disappear as soon as the body gets used to the product (ie in a few days).
This product is very dangerous for humans in case of overdose (over the recommended dose of about 120 μg). The combination of clenbuterol with alcohol and certain medications can also have serious consequences for the body. The heart rate accelerates and thermogenesis is observed rapidly after taking.
Cramps on striated muscles, headaches, insomnia, mood disorders, tremors, etc. These side effects are almost systematic.
