Ive only dealt with this company for about a year and have no complaints at all. Had two problems 1st was with billing which was fixed within 2 days and 1 email. The other was with shipping and a damaged package. Jimmy offered right away to fix but it was obvious it was no fault of this company's. All in all this company has a better track record than Amazon for me.
