I placed my first order and was gladly surprised that I actually received the product! However, there was an issue where they shipped it to the wrong PO Box. Luckily the person who received it didn't open the package and they returned it to the post office, it was delivered to me shortly thereafter. I submitted a Support Ticket but no one ever contacted me about it. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue. Regardless, they are trustworthy and I will definitely place another order. Great products and very discreet packaging.

Shipment arrived very quickly..Everything went perfect except, some of my product vials were crushed during shipment...I advised Jimmy and immediately received an email stating vials will be replaced and shipped at no additional cost...I'm very pleased with the way my order is being handled..I expect the damaged product will be replaced a timely manner and if so, I plan on making future orders...very satisfied so far...
