Have been buying since 2015 and not sure what to say to be convincing but Jimmy is legit. Yes, sometimes there are delays and it's difficult to get confirmation of an order or shipment. Over the years I have had to be patient but diligent and not overreact. The nature of sending cash there is always a degree of worry. But don't. Just stay in touch and if there is a problem I feel confident in saying that it most always due to busier times, or other ordering problems. Open a ticket on the website and give it 3-4 days and if no reply, send a regular email or follow up message on the tickets. If you are ordering for one cycle and know you will do another, plan ahead 6 weeks to allow for delays or shipping. I really appreciate Jimmy and the products have always been the best quality and always friendly. I don't know of any business that every customer is happy but its what we make of it and just be cool and keep the emails consistent with your name order number etc.
